My 2nd grt grandparents were Eli Stancil and Caroline Smith b1842-44.She was married 1st to Henry Lusk and had 3 children.Then to Eli and had 3 children--Marcus Beaman b1870 m. Martha Ellie Mulkey b1870,Holley Effie b1874,married a Watkin or Watkind,and Easter (Esther)b1880 and mar. a "Bones" Mulkey,then Wm.Linder.Also Martha Ellies grandmother was a Swafford.Carolines parents were Jeptha Smith and Malinda Elberson/Alberson.If there is a connection,please e mail me.
