    3. Bonnie, the LDS has the Pendleton records on microfilm which you can "rent" at a Family History Center. You would need to know which Book/Roll your deed was in. ...unless you need a certified copy, of course. It is Anderson County that has the Pendleton records/conveyaces, even if the land was in Oconee or Pickens at the time.
