I think someone was looking for info for the Franklin Co. Historical Society recently. I don't think they have a phone listed, but you can get in touch with Mr. Edward Patterson, former president of the Historical society and care taker of the older Franklin County Archives, at 706-384-4361. He is there on Tuesdays and Thursdays, very helpful, and has built his own data base of Franklin Co. families.
