    3. Sharon, I am not having trouble with the Hollingsworth line, but am with the Weams family. I recently received Mary Clarissa Weams Hollingsworth's (wife of Elias Clinton Hollingsworth) death certificate (my great grandmother) from the State of South Carolina. It stated that her father was COMELINS WEAMS, reported by my grandmother, Mrs. L B CASE of 21 Second Ave., Judson, Greenville County, South Carolina. I have the Hollingsworth line back to 1598. If you think I can be of any help contact me Sharon Hollingsworth Ibarra ==== SCPICKEN Mailing List ==== If you wish to unsubscribe from the Pickens Co, SC list, send only the word UNSUBSCRIBE to SCPICKEN-l-request@rootsweb.com or if you are on the Digest List to SCPICKEN-d-request@rootsweb.com

    3. RE: It stated that her father was COMELINS WEAMS Depending on the handwriting, I would bet that his name was CORNELIUS. Thomas Weams who was living next to Andrew Weams had a son named Cornelius. It could be possible that he named his son after his brother. This is pure speculation.
