Delores, Thanks for the site with the information about the laws. The problem is... they have to be caught destroying these tombstones before anybody can do anything... I don't live near enough to go to all of these go-cart races... Some workers from Chicora Foundation in Columbia have been doing repairs on some of the tombstones at my church, Old Waxhaw Presbyterian Church in Lancaster... So far they have done a good job! It really costs a lot to repair damage that has been done by some stupid, irresponsible idiot!!! I don't see how they sleep at night either... Thank you for responding...
