Pickens Slave Cemetery but I remember it being there from my years as a child. I grew up in the area and had two cousins who were professors at the University then. Later we raised our children there for 20 yrs. when my husband worked for Clemson. If you feel that Hannah was a slave, have you checked the estate sale for Gen. Pickens? If a good detailed one exists, it may be the best way to prove this, or even his will may list it. Several of my ancestors, all in the same area, listed the slaves in their wills. Best wishes in this effort; I would love to know if you are able to prove this, and I will keep my eyes open for you. I do have quite a bit of work; been on this since I was a child, but I'm not sure what you need. Dolores Miller Pringle
