Ronnie - I need your help. My HIRAM REEVES was 'conscripted' by Pickens County. What does this mean? How may I find out about it? He and his brother, JOHN, served together; however, notes say that JOHN was in the hospital in PICKENS, SC, when HIRAM was conscripted. Help...first time I've seen this word in a message.
