Hi Linda We may have emailed each other,when I was searching for info on Sarah Elizabeth"Lizzie" Martin,from the Anderson co.SC.Martins and who was married to Nathaniel Franklin Brookshire,he was from Habersham co.Ga. Some years after Nathaniel died during the civil war,Lizzie and her children moved from Batesville,Habersham co.Ga. back to her family in Anderson,SC.the children then migrated to Oconee,co.Pickens,co.Greenville,co.SC. Lizzie and Nathaniel were my gggrandparents on my Mother's side.
