W/in my tree, I have a Reuben McKenzie, married to Sarah (no maiden name or dates given on her). His death is listed for 1851. Sarah and Reuben had a daughter who is alternately listed as Mary Ann Susan or Sarah McKenzie. She married Peter R. Mcclanahan,. Their children were Solomon, Mary Ann Susan (married 1839 to Nathaniel Wilson Keeling I; died Aug. 9, 1856), Malinda (married to "McMillion"); John, James, Harrett (Harriett?) who married a Holmes; Kasiah A. who married William Holmes (born 1824 in Jefferson County Alabama to James and Sarah (Kilough) Holmes of SC); Thomas; and Reuben. Again, my info is very sketchy. I'd love to hear if you've found anything out since your original query. Connie
