Hello all- Lake Hartwell happened on the GA side, but I am not sure if it affected water level on SC side. Also, I am told by a friend who lives on the GA side that some contemporaries of Almon Powell are buried at Old Liberty cemetery. Is it possible he is buried there in an unmarked grave? Cynthia
