David is right. Lake Hartwell water level at full pool is 660 feet above Mean Sea Level (MSN). Therefore any land on any stream that shares water with what is now Lake Hartwell, which is below 660 feet altitude (or MSN), is covered by lake waters when it is full. Allen David S.
