Fortner who enlisted in the Civil War from Pickens County, SC. He died at Winder Hospital in Richmond, Va. from disease. I am trying to find where his remains are buried. Was he buried near the hospital in Richmond or was his remains returned to South Carolina or elswhere. I am including all known information about him.
