    3. Hi, I haven't had any luck finding anything about this man. Maybe someone on the list has heard of him. His name is J.H.C. (or G) Durham. He was born in Pickens District, SC about 1829.     3. These books are offered for sell by the OPD Chapter of the SC Genealogical Society. There are three volumes, and you really need all three. I just bought one each month until I had them! Try going to the OPD website by going to the www.SCGenWeb.com first. You may need to click on the Pickens Co. page and then look for a link to Old Pendleton Dist.
