I am looking for any information on any coal mines in Slamannan, Stirling, Scotland. My Grandfather worked in one in 1917-20. His Father and Grandfather as well. They immigrated to Canada, namely British Columbia looking for work in the coal mines there in the early 20's. My Great-great Grandfather came out earlier, atleast 1915.
