My brickwall is Henry Kay SCOTT (March 7, 1799 to May 7, 1876). He married Celia CARTER (B 1802-1899) on Sept. 14,1819 in Cumberland Co. NC. I have the 1820 and 1830 Cumberland Co, NC census with Henry and Celia. They moved to Abbeville, Henry County, Alabama around 1830 or 1831. Henry is SAID to be born in Halifax Co, NC but have found no records of it. I have even tired to contact any CARTERs but have not found any related to Celia. I hope someone out there is researching this line or has Henry in their line.
