I don't have a brick wall I have the Great Wall! Trying to locate my GGGG grandfather, the father of Isaac Scott b. in Amherst Co. VA about 1765 and died there in 1840. Married Elizabeth Miles on 21 Jan. 1793 an had my GG grandfather George Washington Scott b. Nov. 1795 in Amherst Co. He was with the 8th Virginia Militia during the War of 1812. He settled in Johnson Co. TN and had a large family. After Elizabeth's death Isaac married Martha Dillard on 17 Feb. 1802 and they had seven other children in Amherst Co.
