First, my unprover great, greatgrandfather John SCOTT b? d. before 1881 census, m. 30 Dec 1854 Lanark, LKS, to Janet GRAY b. 10 Oct 1831, d before 1881 Census, and they had 8 issues: Margaret SCOTT b. abt 1852, Jean SCOTT b. 17 March 1856, John SCOTT, b 19 Dec 1857, Catherine SCOTT, b. 22 Feb 1860, ggfather Robert SCOTT, b.2 Apr 1862, Agnes C SCOTT b. 20 May 1864, John SCOTT, b. 4 Jun 1865 Thomas SCOTT b. 22 Apr 1868, And now my proven ggfather Robert SCOTT, born. 2 April 1862 in Castlegate Lanark, Lanarkshire, Scotland, died 21 May 1928 in Carluke, LKS, SCT, married 31 December 1884 Susan Margaret TURNER, b. abt 1861 Lanark, died 24 August 1935 in Morningside, New Mains, LKS. They had four issues: My grandmother Isabella Curie SCOTT, b. 2 January 1888, Carluke, LKS, died 21 Jan 1961, Port Alberni, British Columbia, CAN, m 1907 to David AULD. with 8 issues, second youngest being my mother Christina Thomson Pennycook AULD. Janet SCOTT, b. abt 1891, d Carluke, LKS, m. ? Sandy BROWN James SCOTT b. abt 1899, d. abt Dec 1943, Carluke, LKS, m. Jane ? b. abt 1899, d. Feb 1983, Carluke, LKS, Thomas SCOTT, b. abt 1900, died 23 July 1918, WW 1, Soissons, France I would willingly share my sources with any family connections.
