August 25, 1858 in Prince George's County, MD, died in DC 1/20/1931 I am a direct descendant of Everett Scott who married Carrie Belle Foxwell in DC 8/25/1886 I want to know if Watkins Scott is the father of John Watkins Scott. Both were living in Maryland
