    3. An Edward Scott was an original puchaser of federal land sold under the U.S. Land Act of 10MAY1800 by or from the Cincinnati Land Office, Cincinnati, Hmailton County, Ohio. His purchase date was 10JULY1832. He was living in what currently is Fayette County, Indiana, range 11, twp 12, section 12. (or that was the property he purchased?) It is possible to secure additional information either by writing to the Land Office of the State Auditor, 88 Est Broad Streed, P.O. box 1140, Columbus, Ohio 43216, or to the U.S. Dept. of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Eastern States Office, 350 S.
