I sounds like the children were under age at this time. At the Court held for Culpeper County the 20th of November 20th, 1780 The last Will and Testament of Robert Scott Decd was exhibited to the Court and partly proved by the Oath of William Roberts A Witness thereto and orded to be Certified.
