Benjamin Scott, who witnessed thier wedding was Lydia's uncle and Margaret was Margaret Ann English, born in Pa. Isreal Scott was the son Benjamin Scott who was born in Maryland and Sarah Randall, daughter of Joseph Randall and Rachel Griffith, from Pennsylvania. Benjamin was the son of Joseph Scott who was born in New Jersey and Ann Hayward, daughter of William Hayward and Mary Chaney. She was born in Maryland. Joseph Scott was the son of Jacob Scott who was born in Bucks Co., Pennsylvania and Hannah Forsythe, daughter of Matthew Forsythe and Rebecca Odling. She was born in New Jersey Jacob Scott was the son of Samuel Scott who may have been born in England and Mary Ames. They lived and died in Bensalem Twp, Bucks Co., Pennsylvania. Samuel Scott was the son of Thomas Scott who was born in England and may have come to Pennsylvania on one of the ships that brought the Quaker families to America. Thomas married Amy R.
