When changing email addresses: 1. Send an email from your old address to Scott-L-Request@Rootsweb.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and message body - nothing else. You will get a confirmation email. 2. Send an email from your new address to Scott-L-Request@Rootsweb.com with the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject line and message body - nothing else. You will get a confirmation email. 3. If you have subscribed to the digest version, substitute -D- for -L- in step 1. If you wish to subscribe in the digest version which collects the day's postings and adds a table of contents at the top, substitute -D- for -L- in step 2. 4. If you cannot successfully perform steps 1& 2, contact me and explain the problem at hand. 5. Postings always are sent to Scott-L@Rootsweb.com (no "-request" in the address. BTW, these steps are mentioned (in less detail) in the list's welcome message. Rick, you unsubscribe your old Email address from the mailing list and then subscribe with your new address. I do not believe it is possible to 'change' your Email address.
