Good morning Listers: I am trying to identify the parents and siblings of MARGARETTE A. SCOTT, born 1821 IL, married JACOB L. WYATT Aug. 7, 1845 in Yell Co., AR. The marriage license says JACOB was "about 30" and MARGARETTE A. SCOTT was "about 25" and that they were both residents of YELL CO., AR. They appear in the 1850 SCOTT CO., AR census with children: WILLIAM H. WYATT, b. Aug. 1846, AR MARY M. WYATT, b. Apr. 22, 1848, AR COLLIN DENNIS WYATT, b. May 9, 1850, AR Another child, FRANCES MARION WYATT, was born Jan. 1853 in TX. Since Jacob L. Wyatt did not remarry until Mar. 27, 1856, to Eliza Williams in Bell Co., TX, FRANCES MARION WYATT should be MARGARETTE A. SCOTT WYATT'S last child. I don't have a definite date for MARGARETTE SCOTT's death but I would assume it is sometime betwen Jan. 1853 and Mar. 1856. I will appreciate hearing from any of you. MARGARETTE A.
