Can anyone give me feedback on a Family Tree Program?  There are soooo many out there that I am very confused about the right one to buy. Jennifer: I have tried three and, hands down, recommend Family Tree Maker. It does more for you, including searches, and is easier to use than any of the others I have tried. Also, easy for the first time user to start right off with. GEDCOM file downloading and uploading is tops, and simple. You can get the basic version 7.0 or higher online at their website, with about 12 CDs, for around $65. You don't need to buy more CDs to start with as most of the info is available off the web or from people on the nets. Good luck, and let me know if you need help.
