I am looking to research some information about James Scott born in Belfast Amagh Ireland. Buried Roma Queensland Australia 1906.James was married to Matilda Laycock. One son was Thomas Mitchell Scott, also known as Michael Laycock. My son John Hill (16 years of age& great grand son of Thomas Mitchell Scott) is currently researching the Scott tartan and looking to have a greater involvement with Clan Scott Society or the like.
