Dear Cousins, It is with a heavy heart that I write this letter tonight. My husband (Hank) has been diagnosed with colon cancer and we will be going back home for him to see a surgeon and have his surgery there (close to most of his family). We do not know at this time how extensive the tumor is. I have to hope and pray that he will come through this just fine and would like to ask that he be in your prayers as well. I will be staying at our oldest daughter's house and will be able to check my email occasionally in case anyone wants to write. May God Bless each and everyone of you. Sherry Neff

I'm sure that many on the list will join in my prayer for you this morning which is in the form of a paraphrase of the Apostle Paul's prayer for his Christian brothers and sisters in Ephesus: "We humble ourselves in prayer to You, our Father, from whom your whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. "We pray that out of your glorious riches you may strengthen Sherry and Hank with power through your Holy Spirit in their innermost beings, so that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith. "And we pray that they, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is your love, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge, in order that they may be filled to the measure of all your fullness. "Now to you who are able to do immeasurably more than all we are able to ask or imagine, according to your power that is at work within us... to you be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever.
