William Scott was born December 15, 1756 in Caroline County, VA, the son of Thomas Scott and Martha Williams, he died October 6, 1818 in Campbell Co., Va. He married Ann Jones, the daughter of Martha Waller and Gabriel Jones on March 1, 1781. The wedding was held at the William Waller home in Mount Pleasant, Spotsylvania, and the Reverend W. Dick performed the ceremony. She was born March 13, 1763 and died June 18, 1846 in Lynchburg, VA I am descended from this family also. Would like to share information. Bill Scott
