I am searching for my Scott ancestors from Alabama. My grand mother was Eva Lena Scott born Sept 22, 1881 in Marshall County, Al. She married M.E. Gay. Her parents were Martha Indiana Windsor, born March 11, 1852, and John Henry Scott, born June 15, 1851. I just found an ancestor chart that my mother completed in 1981. She lists J. H. Scott as being father to John Henry Scott but no other information such as birthdate or place. She lists Benjamin Scott as being father to this J. H. Scott again no other information. Do any of you have any information on this line? I would appreciate any help that you are able to give. thanks, Anna Hite
