Francis Cardwell was born ca 1806 VA wed Judy Leaboa in Claiborne Co., TN & came to Warren Co., TN. Warren Co., TN Deed Bk. D page 79 on 3 March 1825 J.H.A. Hill deeded to the heirs of David Brown, deceased, the land on Collins River adj. Peter Hutson; David paid in his lifetime $200 & other considerations to Hill. H.J.A.
