I have James Julius Scott b. 1804 KY, believed to marry Martha Jolliff 1828 Jefferson Co,IL. "Julius" and Martha had at least 8 children from IL to MO. The family is in Pulaski Co, MO by 1840. Martha apparently dies and "Julius" marries Angeline Scott c.1849 and has 6 more children: Mary Elizabeth, William Nicholas, Nancy, Rebecca, Josephus C., and James Eden. "Julius" dies along with wife Angeline in 1862 Crawford Co, AR. Mary m. Earnshaw, William and Josephus m. Bates sisters, Nancy m. Thom Gossett, and James Eden m. Adah Davis.
