I am new to the list. I am looking for the wife and parents of Archelaus Scott. He was born probably in VA before 1765 and moved to KY by 1789, first to Fayette Co., then Woodford Co. (1800 census), and finally Shelby Co. (1810 census). He died ca. 1820. He had several sons and daughters, but only daughters Martha, Mary, and Betsey are known from the marriage records. An Archelaus Scott m. Ann Robinson in Shelby Co. 1830, and that may be his son. In the records he was often called Archibald, but his grandson Archelaus S. (Scott?) Pulliam clearly carried that name to his grave (on the gravestone). Joseph Lambert
