Rosemary & all - Does anybody have any information on a Mathew Cobb Scott? He was born in Campbell County, Virginia, in 1783. He was the son of John Scott and his second wife, Elizabeth (Mathews?) Littlepage Scott. Mathew married first Elizabeth Wayne in 1804. They had 13 children. He second married Elizabeth Barnes and had one more child. He died in 1852. The family moved to Callaway County, Missouri, in 1829. His mother, Elizabeth, moved to Missouri with them.
