I know little about my husband's Scott family. Lucy W. Scott was born abt 1817-1821 in VA & died after 1880. Her parents were William & Rachel (Booker) Scott; Rachel's parents were William & Ann Elizabeth (Coles) Booker. Lucy W. Scott married Eaton Morris in Amelia Co., VA 24 Nov 1840; (he was born abt 1801 in VA & is possibly the son of Lewis & Ellen Morris. George Washington Morris, a son of Eaton & Lucy, married Frances Ann McCarty who was born in Rockingham Co., VA. Is there any connection between Lucy Scott & your Scott family?
