Mother (Laura) died at young age leaving George to take care of children. They ended up in foster Care. William M. went to a family named vierling in Cottleville, Mo. I know this info from my dad (James Scott) Whose father was William McKinley Scott b 10/22/1899 d1/26/55. The only link I can find is William Mc. in the Vierling family tree. That's it.
