I am searching for information about the SCOTT family that lived in Ross County Ohio.(perhaps Springfield township, but Im not absolutely certain) Samuel SCOTT m. Nancy McROBERTS Sept 23, 1817. Nancy SCOTT m. John C. DONNEL Aug. 4, 1825 These SCOTT's may be siblings or cousins, but no proof certain yet. Does anyone on this list have information about Ohio SCOTT's? Ross county is the only place that I have found them, but could be elsewhere. The DONNEL family came from Pennsylvania. The McROBERTS family were from Ireland, first to Virginia and then to Ohio.
