    1. [SCOTT] SCOTT, Thomas, Wilson Co TN
    2. I'm new to the list and I'm hoping that someone can unravel a mystery for me. Thomas SCOTT and Charles C. DALE signed the marriage bond for Charles DALE's marriage to Susan HARRIS in Wilson County, Tennessee, in 1838. Can anyone tell me who Thomas SCOTT is, and what his relation is to Charles DALE and/or Susan HARRIS? I have no information on either Charles or Susan's families at this point. I will be grateful for any help at all. I just got a copy of the marriage bond today and I'm completely puzzled. Maybe someone can shed a little light on my new mystery! 2. I'm looking for a Frank Scott who moved to Marshall County Kansas from Missouri and was living, as a pauper, with his brother Andrew Scott. They were living on Andrew's farm in Blue Rapids Township in the 1895 Kansas Ag. Census. In 1895 Andrew Scott was 76, and Frank was 75, and the census says they were both born in Ohio. This is the only reference that I have to Frank. I have one known sibling of Andrew, and that is a James Scott, born in Ohio, and lived in Westfield, Hamilton, Indiana from about 1840 to his death in 1897 at the age of 92. Andrew, and his wife, Sarah Miller Scott, both died within a few months of each other in 1897, and there is no mention of Frank in the will. Andrew was my Great grandfather. Any help appreciated. 2. Diane Graham
    3. I am still trying to find out anything at all about NANCY SCOTT, who was born ca. 1802........I have read that she was born in Ohio, but I cant verify that for sure. She married John C. Donnel in Ross County Ohio on August 4, 1825. I cant find her parents, siblings etc. A possible clue might be this combination of marriages. I have wondered if SAMUEL SCOTT might be Nancy Scott's brother. Nancy McRoberts m. Samuel Scott ON 9-23-1817 Nancy DONNEL m. Alexander McROBERTS 4-16-1820 Nancy SCOTT m John C DONNEL 8-4-1825 All marriages were in Ross County. John C. DONNEL and Nancy DONNEL were brother and sister. This NANCY SCOTT has remained a mystery for a long time, and I would be grateful for any thoughts, hints or hard information that anyone on the list might have. Thank you.
