-Subject: Church of the Ascension- Hamilton Parishioners Does anyone have access to the marriage record films of The Church of Ascension in Hamilton for the years 1920-1925? That would be July 1907-Dec 1921 Parish Register N and O, film reel # 68 Jan 1922-June 1925 Parish Register F, film reel # 70 I am looking for marriage of Mary/May Sergeant Rowan, daughter of James Kennedy Rowan and Elizabeth Wales Robb. They immigrated to Hamilton from Maybole,Ayr about 1905. Mary married a man in the early 1920's and died shortly after the marriage. Without her new last name, I can not search for death records. Some of her family was buried in the Hamilton Cemetery - Church of the Ascension. She may be buried there too, but I need her new married last name to find out if she is there. A wedding picture of her with her UN-NAMED groom and wedding party is at my website with more particulars.
