Greetings All. To date we have seen a number of responses from Statistics Canada that refuse our ATI requests for access to the 1906 Census of the Western Provinces. It appears that many of these responses make no mention that the $5.00 application fee will be returned even though your request has been refused. Be advised that the assessment of fees, including the application fee, are also subject to complaint to the Information Commission.
