Hello List I am looking for information about LIEUTENANT COLONEL LEWIS CARMICHAEL 1791-1844 who served with the British Army in Canada during the 1837/38 rebellions in Ontario/Quebec and commanded the Glengary Highlanders. I do not know how long he was in Canada, but he was a member of the St Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Williamstown, Glengary County, Ontario.
