    3. Hi Judi, have you visited your ancestral home of Auchindrain, Argyll? this is a tourist attraction and the village has been recreated in it's original form with the houses refurbished I have not visited it yet but plan to do so this summer I have an ancestral connection up in the hills not far from Auchindrain township a place called Upper Carran where my ancestors Malcolm McPherson and his wife Flora Campbell lived for a few years and where my Great G grandfather Hugh McPherson was born in 1794. Apparently there is a house at Auchindrain which is identical in style to Upper Carran, do you know if you have any Flora's in your Campbell line from Auchindrain, my Flora would have been born circa 1769 and died in the period 1841-1851 at Craignish parish Mid Argyll.
