Adiline Robb b:Feb 1891 Aberdeen, Scotland. Listed on the shipping maifest of the S.S. Tuetonic (Dominion White Star Line) arriving in Halifax March 16 1912 from Liverpool (left March 12/1912). She is listed as a steerage passenger, single, going to Vernon British Columbia with a job as a child nurse. She is holding a ticket on the Grand Trunk Northern Rail Road. In October of 1912 after being acquitted of infantiside, Adiiline disappers from Kamloops, British Columbia. In June of 1920 she is listed as retuning to Canada from a visit to Scotland on the MEGANTIC. She lists a house in Toronto as her residence and that she is a Canadian citizen. Adiline also lists her occupation as a nurse. The problem is that I cannot find her listed in any Toronto City directory or in any of the nursing directorys for Ontariao. She would be about 29 at this time and is still using her maidan name. Does any one have any ideas where else I can look. I have checked with the local genealogy center but their records show nothing . She is the last of my grandfathers sibs I need to track down. The need is now getting urgent as I have now found her older brothers family in London England and her namesake is in her late 70's and would like to know what happened to her Aunt in Canada. Thaks for any help that you can give. Owen Robb Lethbridge, Alberta
