    3. If your problems are identical with both Explorer and Netscape then it could point to a common problem with ME. I know that I had a problem at a customer who was trading currencies (swiss frank / euro dollars) and it was critical the price chart be update to the minute. Got some new computer that came with ME. They dropped off-line every 10 min. Finally figured the problem. In both Win 98 and ME there is an option to drop off-line if there is no perceived activity. In 98 the default was disable. For some reason MS decided to make this option default enabled in ME. Not a bug, just a decision. The freeze no reload problem has happened to me a couple of times if I start clicking around too quickly in Explorer. I do have to reboot to clear. If I stick to my process it is pretty good the majority of the time. The process is: - Load the page to be viewed. - Click on the "Plus (+) magnifying glass" icon in the upper left corner - Click on the upper left corner "of the IMAGE" in the area of the page number "one time" - Expand the window to full screen (the image with not be full screen, just larger) - Slide the magnifier slide left two ticks, so the it is on the middle tick - Click on the "hand" icon. At this point you should be be ready to go in the upper left hand corner of the image. I have found that it works best if you wait for the image to sharpen completely between moves. It has frozen on me a couple of times if I get too impatient. When you are done with the image, exit the window completely. I believe this pocess looks more complicated then it is. I have gotten to the point that I do not evey think about it as I set up each image for viewing. Other than that I do not know what else to tell you. Sorry.
