Hi, my research interest is James CUTHBERT. According to an article on one of his decendents he was Colonel the Honorable James Cuthbert of the 42nd Highlanders. He was living in Berthier, Quebec. His daughter, Jane, married a Daniel NIXON in 1796. I think James was married to a Catherine and other children included a Margaret, Maria Clara and Ross. Anyone researching this name?
