Would anyone know anything of the family of Isabella Stewart? She was born circa 1890 in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland. From her death certificate I find that her father was an Andrew Stewart and her mother was Isabella Skinner. Isabella Stewart somehow became entwined with the Algie family who then lived in England. She was classed as their 'adopted' daughter, but when James Algie (father) left for Australia circa 1920 she came too. She lived with him here as a 'housekeeper' until the death of James's wife back in England in 1932. By 1936 Isabella had married James Algie and is buried with him in Australia.
