I have found someone who I think is my relative. He was a Bishop (Andrew Scott) who was born in 1772. I believe that he was born in Banffshire...Chapelford, Enzie. However, it is listed as Bellie, Morayshire at Familysearch.org. If someone is born in Chapelford, Enzie in 1772 would they be registered in Bellie, Morayshire?
