I hope someone can help me find information on the mother and father of my GGGrandparent Malcolm McCourry who came from Scotland (supposedly Islay). I have no information on him prior to coming to the US except he was born in 1742. How do you find who the parents were if you do no have a clue about his life from birth until he settled in Morristown, NJ around 1765. The name could have possibly been a different spelling then also. Maybe SKS would be able to look him up and find something on his family and the marriage date and I could order a certificate of his parents and his birth certificate. I would like to know if he had any brothers or sisters also if that is possible. I'm hope this information will be enough to do a search on him. Thanks, Phyllis White (McCourry)
