Hi Listers, I am re-posting my interests in the MILLIGAN family of New Cumnock Ayr. My gg grandfather was William MILLIGAN born 10/5/1831 m Agnes BAIRD b 10/7/1827. Their children were John, Hugh, Agnes, Andrew, William, Mirran (Marion?) and Anthony. The family lived in New Cumnock. I think William's parents were John MILLIGAN & Jean MAIR.
