The Chronicle Herald, Halifax, Nova Scotia, July 20, 2019 Malcolm Campbell Age 92. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Malcolm Campbell on July 13, 2019 in Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Isabell Campbell. Malcolm was a member of Scottish Presbyterian Church, a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Kilwinning Masonic Lodge No. 565, Toronto, Ont., United Association of Journeymen Local 46 of Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the USA and Canada. He was also a long-time member of Wellington on the Lake Ontario Golf Association. He is survived by his wife, Mae Carmichael; son, Malcolm Jr., Toronto, Ont.; daughters, Heather (Anthony), Pickering, Ont.; Shelia Campbell, Jacksonville, Fla.; stepdaughters, Pat Moore, Bellville, Ont.; Linda Carmichael, Toronto, Ont. He is also survived by sister, Iris (Tommy), Scotland; and many grand and great-grandchildren. Beside his parents Malcolm was predeceased by the mother of his children, Doreen Wellington (of Ontario); many brothers and sister (in Scotland); stepsons, Daniel Carmichael (Baddeck); Charles (Chuck Moore) (Belleville, Ont.); and best friends, Peter Dunlop and Ken Cook (both of Toronto, Ont.). Keeping with Malcolm wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial will be in Harbour View Cemetery at a later date.
