I would appreciate any information about the Reformatory & Refuge for Boys on Duke Street in Glasgow in 1881. Can anyone tell me what kind of institution was it? I noticed the "inmates" there have many different occupations. Was it a place for learning trades or an institution where boys were sent for other reasons i.e. they were orphans, delinquents, etc.?
