I 'm sorry if my request seems a little naive, but I am very new to geneology. I have seen a few list members recently asking for someone to "look-up" a Census entry. Is it possible to obtain copies of Census records for given areas (i.e. Glasgow) via the Internet? If so, where would you obtain them (apart from Scots Origins) and what would the costs be? If they are not available for download is there a body that will email you copies of entries for say the 1891 Census? I apologise once more for my ignorance and hope that someone is able to help.
